The chancery commissioner will offer for sale at the front door of the courthouse in Hempstead County Arkansas the East Half of the Northeast Quarter and other parts described in Section 35 and 46 Township 10 South Range 24 West containing 140 acres. Sale set for April 6, 1935 with 9 percent interest and a lien to secure payment. Court order in No. 2866 between Federal Land and J J Johnson et al. describes the property and terms.
