A federal grand jury indicted George Kastle Samues Lars Red Watts Homer Christman Charles Em mett and Clarence Judigins on charges of conspiring to run a car theft ring based in Fayetteville since August 1 1934. The scheme allegedly imported stolen autos from Oklahoma and Missouri and altered motor numbers. All named except Gattis and Perkins are in custody with warrants to issue Saturday, says U S Marshal Cooper ude peth.
