Robbery charge filed here in Hempstead County
Charges were filed today against Floyd Johnson, 22, of Hempstead County, for a Thursday robbery at a small grocery four miles northeast of De Ann. The store owner Mrs Birdie Avery was tied up but unharmed. Johnson was arrested at his home within hours. money recovered.
