Local Garden Clubs Schedule March Meetings
The Lilac Garden Club convenes March 9 at 2 pm at Mrs. Roy Ilson’s home, and Paisley P T A meets at 3:15 pm in the school auditorium with Rev. Gerald Schlieff as guest speaker. Brookwood P T A also gathers at 3:15 pm with an art program. Daffodil Garden Club hosts a Dessert Bridge and Style Show on March 10 at Hope Country Club from 12:30 to 4 pm. Additional notes cover junior high P T A, a Saturday country club dance, and community circle meetings with acts and missions themes. The Rose Garden Club meets March 4 with a Flower Arranging School invitation and St Patrick’s Day themed refreshment.
