Arkansas officials to attend Mid-America industrial council meeting
Gov. Faubus announced that former Gov. Homer Atking and Pat Wilson of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce will represent Arkansas at a Mid-America Industrial Development Council meeting in Washington. The council includes eight states: Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma, and is promoted by Missouri Gov. John Dalton.
