A public sale will occur at the Hempstead County Courthouse on Saturday July 10 1937. The property is the NE quarter of the NE quarter Section 5 and NW quarter of the NW quarter Section 4 in Township 10 South Range 23 West containing 66 2/3 acres. Sale terms: three month credit with bond and 6 percent interest, with a lien on the property. Ralph Bailey Commissioner in Chancery signs the notice June 1937.
In pursuance of authority the court will offer for sale on July lth 1937 at the Hempstead County Courthouse a parcel described as portions of Section 26 Township 10 South Range 24 West containing 119 acres more or less in Hempstead County Arkansas. The sale proceeds fund a Federal Land Bank of St. Louis action No 5023 with six percent interest accruing from sale, paid by purchase money security on the premises. Ralph Bailey commissioner notes approval and sale conditions.
