Ex-Convict Arrested as Stolen Car Recovered

City police early today arrested Elbertt A. Wade of Washington D C after a Prescott service station operator gave a tip. Wade, released on parole May 28 from federal prison for automobile theft, possessed another stolen car from Washington D C seized during the stop. He was with a 11 year old hitchhiker Meg outside Little Rock when the car was flagged for gasoline.

He described himself as a thin wiry man who leaned forward in the witness chair and asserted the accusation was not true.
