Arkansas Welfare Chief Defends Dependents Policy

In Little Rock Welfare Commissioner Len Blaylock said Arkansas will continue its present aid to dependents policy despite a U S Supreme Court ruling. Blaylock warned enforcement will be difficult as welfare workers are not police and voiced concerns about moral implications for traditional marriage.
