Memphis residents were arrested in Crittenden County Arkansas for driving vehicles painted the color of school buses. Howard Clayton of the Public Service Commission said the offenders violated a 1953 law designating school bus chrome as the sole color for school buses. Fines from ten to fifty dollars were set, suspended if buses were repainted.
