Ruling on Pharmacy License Held in Arkansas
The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that David L. Fey may practice pharmacy until the Board of Pharmacy acts to revoke his license. The board sought an injunction in Garland Chancery Court on July 13, but the chancellor’s denial was upheld. The court found Fey’s license permanent unless the board proves misrepresentation in obtaining it. The ruling also adjusts a Craighead Chancery Court decision, granting A. A. Hicks court costs but not damages in a Southwest Petroleum case.
