Arkansas Louisiana Gas Co said its Anadarko pipeline and a cost-adjustment provision are essential to avoid steep rate increases for large industrial customers. The company urged the PSC to approve the tariff and clause, arguing financing depends on the rate decision amid a gas shortage.
