Burke Mann of Forrest City resigns as attorney after 27 years. Frank Burke of Marianna to succeed him. Hextable of Marion reelected chief engineer and W. O. Byler of West Memphis secretary treasurer. Byler reports total tax collections of 522,732.05 for the past year, with 183,000 paid by the district, leaving bonded debt at 2,551,000 and annual interest at 189,435.
