The Guernsey School District No. 20 of Hempstead County Arkansas offers $16 160 of bonds for cash on August 4 1961 at 10 a m in the County Examiner office Hempstead County Courthouse Hope Arkansas. Bonds bear 3 3 4 percent interest and mature yearly from 1946 to 1953 with final notes through 1954 1994? The issue refunds $12 500 of bonds and funds repairs and additions to school buildings. Secured by mill building fund pledge and a mortgage on five acres in Section 33 Township 12 South Range 25 West. Cash paid to Peoples National Bank of Little Rock as escrow agent.
