W F Hufstader reports domestic retail deliveries in the second ten days of the month rose 26 percent to 8475 units, up from 6716, with a 48.6 percent rise from last year. Used car deliveries also surged to 25 156 vehicles, from 13 109 previously, signaling a strong summer market and reduced dealer stocks.
