Tuition applies and more classes may be added if demand exists.
NBC commentator Louis P Lochner says Nazi plans may involve flying bombs launched from U boat trailers to strike New York. He cites a German refugee witness who described early rocket plane tests from a Baltic U boat trailer and a possible attempt to drop rockets on the Atlantic coast near New York.
Lieutenant Beaufort Swancutt, under a death sentence from an army court martial, killed himself at Letterman hospital. He was convicted of slaying two young women, his commanding officer, and a Riverside policeman during a March incident at Camp Anza.
