Barbs Ay HAL COCHRAN Victory Bonds Start the Year
A quirky note hints that buyers of Victory Bonds will celebrate a ten year horizon. It mentions women, marriage, and a chaotic day, then cites the New York Telephone Company recording over 13,000,000 calls in one day amid cold weather. The fragment ends with an odd reference to 4th century cramps rings.
