U S Bombers May Be Involved In Indochina Fighting
North Vietnamese controls passes cut Phnom Penh from Kompong Som causing fuel shortages in the capital. The 75 ton tug Arkansas Traveler owned by Union Barge Lines of Pittsburg sank in about 15 feet of water after taking on water and fuel. Captain Raymond Gardner, the sole occupant, escaped unharmed.
