Commissioner's Sale Notice in Hempstead County Arkansas
In pursuance of a chancery court decretal order dated December 21, 1928, a commissioner will sell at public vendue at the Citizens National Bank of Hope entrance in Hope, Arkansas, on January 20, 1930, the SE quarter of the SE quarter of Section 13 and the SW quarter of the SW quarter of Section 18, Township 14 South, Range 24 West and 23 West respectively, totaling about 80 acres, on credit for three months with eight percent interest and a vendor's lien noted for $900, to secure unpaid purchase money.
