Infant Jack Calvin Sparks aged 16 months and 5 days died January 11 1933 after birth September 5 1931 to Mr and Mrs John Sparks. Burial at Rose Hill cemetery after services at home conducted by Rev W E Testerman First Christian church. Survived by parents and brothers John Jr and Robert Frank.
Chicago report shows Mrs Jances Schildhauer left home November 1 after a dispute with Capt Edwin Schildhauer the Austin High School bandmaster. Her mother says affairs disgusted the household including a deputy sheriff and a Memphis trip with Carl Bradberry. The case centers on possible motives tied to rifts, affairs and a $38000 life policy.

In Sunnyvale California seven miles of welded seams will have been erected as the new hangar for housing the naval airship Macon nears completion. The elongated arch shaped structure will provide nearly 300000 square feet of unobstructed floor space with continuous welds across the floor plate.

Russellville Arkansas reports the death of former Circuit Judge Jackson T. Bullock at his home after a three week illness. He was 77.
Rep. L. F. Monroe of Hempstead County introduces legislation requiring chancery court approval for new bank organizations and for liquidating agents. The measure would repeal the double assessment liability law on bank stockholders. The House tabled a prohibition repeal resolution 78 to 16 on a test vote, with some switchers. Other action included a highway reorganization bill and a push to study state supported schools. The Senate adjourned until Monday.
