Chinese Bring Prison Riots to Peace Table
Panmunjom, Korea, Feb 24. Communist negotiators pressured by the Allies over troop rotation and a Massacre protest at Koje Island intensified exchanges in truce talks. Being a Junior Executive Is Dangerous-They Are Always Blamed
HAL BOYLE discusses the elusive junior executive, a figure both celebrated and maligned. The piece argues there may be no real job definition, with people claiming either a modest rising star or a petty office tyrant. The piece cites magazines, banks, and car models shaping the myth and imagines a future where a true junior executive could emerge and fail, trapped by the legend.
