POW release prep intensifies as 20 Americans may go home
Senior U.S. and North Vietnamese military officials held talks in Saigon to ready the release of about 20 American prisoners of war held by Hanoi. A close International Commission source said the POWs would be handed over within two to four days, with Kissinger’s visit cited as reciprocity. William H. Sullivan met Thieu and then with North Vietnamese and Viet Cong delegates to discuss cease fire implementation and the Paris conference. Trang Van Lam termed the discussions a very good exchange of views as Sullivan also met Tran Van Tra and Le Quang Hoa.

Mills says House panel will act swiftly on Nixon dollar move
