A lone gunman robbed the Western Union office in downtown Hope about 7 20 last night taking 26 dollars and money orders. Louis Albert Voltz Sr of Arlington Heights was captured near Texarkana within an hour. The weapon was a toy pistol and telephones were cut during the theft. Mrs Guylene Bradley the operator identified Voltz and described the attack, police pursued by roadblock and recovered the money orders. He faces armed robbery and interstate theft charges.
