Local and state officials have discussed the issue as the plant expands and plans a night shift.
The CDC reports new evidence that a previously unknown bacterium caused the Philadelphia Legionnaires disease outbreak that killed 29 attendees at an American Legion convention last July. Transmission and source remain undetermined.
