KEY WEST Florida turtle butcher Albury declares he is the only turtle butcher in the United States and still holds a diving record from Harbor Island in the Bahamas set 49 years ago. At age 16 he jumped from New Wharf to Cash's Wharf, a 4 and a half foot dive. Since moving to Key West, hundreds have attempted the dive but none succeeded. Albury handles eight to ten turtles daily for bouillon.
