Danny Midgett 17 of near Jonesboro faces charges of making a false telephone bomb threat to Valley View Elementary School on December 11. He remains in county jail after prior fines and a short municipal sentence for disturbing the peace. Conviction carries up to $1,000 fine or up to five years in prison.
