The Arkansas Supreme Court ordered another hearing for death row inmate Lonnie B. Mitchell to reexamine his voluntary rape confession. The ruling, written by Justice Fred Jones, cited Mitchells testimony and questions over rights advisement. The decision also touched on unrelated cases including a ruling about a doctors license suspension for misreading ads and an affirmation of the Tri-County Watershed District formation.
