Won't Change Restraining Order on School Election

Man Killed in Accident Near Hope
A two car collision near Hope at the Interstate 30 and Highway 4 junction left Lalar Adams, 72, a Washington Rt 1 resident, dead at the scene. Wayne R. Kottke of Hamburg, Wisconsin, driving, and Randall V. Waller, also of Wisconsin, were not seriously hurt. Charges to be filed pending investigation. A courier plane from the USS Ranger crashed after launch in the Tonkin Gulf killing six Americans and four Filipino crew and passengers. Two bodies were recovered with no survivors.
