James Bibb of Marmaduke Army Air Corps private was treated for wounds from Clark Field Philippines on December 8 1941. Otto T May of Clarendon technical sergeant served in ordnance and earned the citation for a meritorious act near Bathurst Island Northern Territory Australia on February 19 20 1942. May volunteered with a gun crew carrying relief supplies to the Philippines and though wounded helped other men before tending his own injuries.
