Green assails Truman policy as historical defeat

Gov Dwight H Green of Sinvis charged the Truman administration with a humiliating diplomatic defeat in every skirmish. In a prepared address likely signaling a 1946 GOP bid he condemned appeasement of Britain and fear of offending Russia, urging vigor against Poland and the Balkans. He warned Republicans to not condone liberty suppression worldwide.
