Court Upholds Arkansas Liquor Price Act Challenge

Litke Rock Ark Aug 18 UP Chancellor Guy Williams tentatively upheld the Arkansas fair trades liquor practices act amid a challenge from Rep J A Gipson of Saline county who argued the law was passed under liquor interest pressure.
