Murder in Cognito: Hazel Leighton and O'Leary
In a crime scene unfolding at Sayler's study Lieutenant O'Leary questions Hazel Leighton about a $5000 settlement and a potential breach of promise. Evidence points to the killer being inside the house with the window shot, while forensic checks reveal no external entry. The tense dialogue reveals motives and tension as investigators consider the suspect likely still in the premises.
