Buckhannon WV Aug 12 State police report 13 year old Eero Jerry Riggs shot and killed his father Harry Livingston Riggs 43 to obtain 60 dollars for a bicycle. The boy is jailed on a murder charge after the body was found in a Rabliansville cornfield. He took about 1315 dollars from the house, hid all but 80, and headed toward Buckhannon to buy the bicycle, then returned to watch over his siblings. The mother is dead.
