POPULAR BLUFF Mo August 5 Appealing to farmers to hold all their livestock due to drought and price drops. W H Kittredge manager of the Popular Bluff Livestock Shippers association says many farmers are unloading stock, prices have fallen below freight costs and pastures are damaged. He expects fall markets to improve and advises waiting out the drought to maximize profits.
