Dorothea Smith of Plummerville Conway County claimed second place in the Mrs America contest held in Ormond Beach. The top prize of 14000 dollars went to Mrs. Want Jlemnings, 28, of St. Louis. Mrs. Smith, 26, a three child homemaker, had previously won a meal planning trophy in the contest.
