A habeas corpus hearing is set in circuit court Wednesday for Wallace Kunkel, 17, charged with first degree murder in the April 12 stabbing of Pauline Storment, a 27 year old University of Arkansas sophomore from Ozark. Kunkel pleaded not guilty at arraignment. his attorney filed the writ Tuesday. Richard Hipp, the slain student, was a University of Arkansas coed.
