Public Be Damned and ERP Push in Congress
A long, critical column discusses labor and safety issues after a bus explosion near Hope, Arkansas, blaming union leadership and praising swift ERP passage in Congress led by Senator Vandenberg. It contrasts domestic transit troubles with international relief efforts, noting court reversals on divorce decrees and Moscow’s behavior influencing U.S. policy. The piece argues for clear legal formulas and cautions against partisan obstruction.
