Thai Nguyen Steel Plant Bombed Again in N Vietnam
American pilots resumed heavy bombing after a monsoon lull, striking the Thai Nguyen steel plant and railroad yards 38 miles north of Hanoi with F105s and F4Cs in a 25 minute raid.
