Another soldier was arrested with twenty one dollar bills. he had given out bills to friends. Elway was previously convicted of embezzling navy funds. The case centers on the time of the theft, between four and six Sunday afternoon.
Patricia Birmingham’s friend Carol Leszynski, 15, was found wandering in Kenosha after fleeing West Allis in distress. She told police she received a warning to watch her. Patricia’s death has been linked to Milwauke river discovery on March 20 and the February confession of Milton Babich, who shot Patricia and disposed of her body.
