LITTLE ROCK AP A municipal court judge, William R. Butler, uses Antabuse to treat habitual drinkers in court. Since the 13 month program began, over 60 participants started, only four dropped out, and none of the remaining have returned for drinking or other problems. Participants receive tablets daily from the court clerk, with treatment lasting a year.
