Holiday on Ice brings visitors from local towns
Returned Sunday night from a four day visit with their son Mr and Mrs C V Nunn Jr in Fayetteville. They were accompanied home by their daughter in law for a visit here. Miss Colleen Coffee Willie Mc Corkle Miss Bonnie Ja Gilbert and A D Brown attended the Holiday on Ice Review in Shreveport Sunday evening. Mr and Mrs Earl Clifton and children Jeff Monday for Camden where they will make their home. Mr and Mrs Paul Schreck of Dallas were week end guests of Mr and Mrs Homer Fuller. Mr Schreck returned to Dallas Sunday night and Mrs Schreck remained for a few days visit. Miss Hazel Medlock Miss Alice Grimes of Prescott Mrs F Formby and Miss Opal Daniels of this city spent Sunday visiting friends in Spring Hill La. Mr and Mrs John Yocar accompanied by Miss Maritla Heinik h and Lester McClendon of Texarkana motored to Shreveport Saturday evening and attended Holiday on Ice of 1949. They were joined by friends from Texarkana Sunday and attended the Auto Races in Shreveport. College Notes Carl Thomas Schooley a graduate of Hane High School is enrolled in the University of Southern California. Mr Schooley is a graduate student.
