Miss Honey Grove 1973 Crowned at Pageant in High School
18 year old Paris Junior College student Miss Laurie Robinson was named Miss Honey Grove at Friday night’s pageant in the high school auditorium. She crowned by Miss Edna Lee Brandrick Miss Honey Grove of 1996. First runner up was Miss Corma Luper, second runner up Miss Jane Ann Pope. Winners among eight contestants were judged on talent evening gown and sportswear. Judges included Kenneth Wallace commerce Miss Vatra Solomon Mt Vernon Mrs Karen Steeley Paris and Jerry Johnson Dallas. Robinson’s talent was cake decorating. Semifinalists Sherri Taylor Madilyn Marconi Janet Hohenberger Brenda Sisco Donna Ferguson.
