Windom Drug Bust Arrests Two Over Marijuana Possession
Two Windom residents, Joseph Banks and Julie Smith, were arrested Tuesday, May 27, after a police raid led by Constable Kenneth Oliver and other officers. Six plants believed to be marijuana were found along with seeds, leaves, pills, and paraphernalia. Bonds set at 3226 dollars each. charges include Possession of Controlled Substances Growing Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
