Funeral services for Ray C. King 52 of Downey California were held at the Wise Funeral Home Chapel in Bonham at 2:00 Tuesday. He died from injuries near Yerma Nevada on May 26 1962. Survived by widow Dorothy Lowry mother Mrs Walter King a brother Marvin King five sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Interment was in Willow Wild Bonham. Born April 16 1910 in Bonham he attended local schools and worked for the Union Pacific Railroad in California.

In Chicago a tax verdict hits five wealthy cats and their caretaker. Flat Nose, age 9, owes 181.83 while four other terriers pay 15.10 each, from a 13,086 dollar estate left by Mrs. Margar et Montgomery. The will directs 60 percent to the cat caretaker, 40 percent to charity, with life expectancy set at 11 years for the cats.
