Remaining Defendants Plead Guilty In Navajo County Case
The remaining two defendants in a Navajo County fraud scheme pled guilty to all charges in Superior Court. Daniel Zingsheim admitted to two counts each of conspiracy and theft and faces sentencing April 1 at 8:30 a.m. Don Ware pleaded guilty to two counts each of forgery and theft with sentencing set for March 30 at 8:30 a.m. Three others pled guilty earlier and are on probation after paying $16,950.19 restitution. The charges stem from 1978 events involving county equipment purchases kept by the men.
