Holbrook to Grow With New Barber Shop and Opera House
R L Newman awarded contract to Chas E Perkins for a two story 40 by 80 foot building on the southeast corner of the Holbrook hotel block. Completion by July 20. W R Cross to establish barber shop and bath house by August 1 in new quarters. Plans show upper lodge hall and lower opera house and dance hall. Next month work starts. R D Greer buys two south side lots from Julius Wetzler to build a handsome brick residence.
