Last Saturday Mr. Dorsey located the drilling site at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 17, Range 20, within the Higgins dome. The rig builder is ready and moved to site, but foundation work delays progress as Mr. Mills departs to speed engine and boiler delivery.
