Death of Hollis Ona Johnson Measles Victim
Six year old Hollis Ona Johnson daughter of Mr and Mrs Isaac Johnson died Monday after a brief measles illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday by Rev W B Cole of the M E church with burial at Holbrook cemetery. The family thanks friends for sympathy and assistance during the illness and after.

Bootleggers Sentenced in Winslow Superior Court
Three men bound over in Justice Hansen's court for bringing intoxicating liquor into the state were sentenced by Judge Sapp. Ed Parks pleaded guilty to 90 days in jail and a $75 fine. T Myers received six months and a $75 fine. Geo Owens drew six months and a $75 fine. Jail terms suspended on payment of the fines.
