Washington Feb 7 the senate passed a bill enabling taxes by Arizona territorial officers to fund government after June 30 1911 when no legislature session will occur. The plan sets tax limits estimates and appropriation controls with refunds for excess and shortages. Other sections cover officer salaries road work and court report publication antelope protection and related matters. Hon Lorenzo Hubble of Ganardo Apache County visited Holbrook and Sidney Sapp returned from St Johns while Miss Alice McLain from Adamana conducted business Tuesday.
