Col Charles W. Harris adju tant general and ranking colonel of the Arizona National Guard with Lt. R. D. LaGarde and Capt. O. F. Temple visited Snowflake last Tuesday. They inspected Company F and found property in excellent condition. LaGarde praised Capt. Jesse M. Smith and his men for their drill and soldierly conduct. Harris said local troops surpass many in state militia, and the visit spurred enthusiasm with plans for target practice.
