Sheriff Sam Cain and Deputy Kerley arrested Alvis Greenwood and WY. C. Greenwood of the Eunice district Sunday charged with larceny of a steel water tank. R. R. Trustees of the incorporated Village of Jal announce they will resist a Lovington district court writ of mandamus returnable February 18.
